As of 10th December, Melqart Opportunities Master Fund Ltd.’s (the “Fund”) holding in Otello Corporation ASA fell below 5% of voting rights and issued share capital. The Fund holds 3,629,827 shares of Common Stock (NOK 0.02) which represents 3.23% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
The obligation to disclose was triggered by participation in the company’s share buy-back where the Fund sold 2,755,560 shares. Melqart Asset Management (UK) Ltd acts as Investment Manager for the Fund with full investment and voting discretion.
