Reference is made to the message published on 4 June regarding capital increases and primary insiders’ subscription of shares.
The first capital increase related to the ISWT earn out was registered in Brønnøysund on 8 June 2021.
The second capital increase related to the employee share purchase programme will be registered once the subscription amounts are paid in.
The notification forms for primary insiders required according to MAR are attached to this message for the subscriptions announced on 4 June 2021.
