We hereby give notice that F2 Funds AS has sold 1.635.000 shares in Panoro Energy ASA (PEN) on February 28th, 2020. As a result, F2 Funds AS now owns 2.272.622 shares in PEN, which is equivalent to 3,3% of the issued shares.
