PCI Biotech: Mandatory notification of trade

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Per Walday has today, 28th January 2015,
subscribed for 10.872 new shares in PCI Biotech Holding ASA (the "Company") at a
subscription price of NOK 10 per share by exercising 10.872 subscription rights
in the Company's ongoing rights issue. After the transaction Per Walday has a
total shareholding in the company of 22.872 shares, 0 subscription rights in the
rights issue and 186.000 options to acquire shares in the Company.
