Photocure ASA has today sold 189,188 shares in PCI
Biotech Holding ASA (PCIB). As a result of the sale,
Photocure's shareholding in PCIB falls below 5% of the
registered share capital in PCIB.
After the sale, Photocure owns 733,765 shares in PCIB,
representing 4.92% of the share capital and voting
rights based on a total number of outstanding shares
in PCIB of 14,900,390 shares.
