African Petroleum Corporation Limited ("African Petroleum" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mr Anthony Wilson with effect from today due to health reasons.
It is not the intention of the Board to seek a replacement Non-Executive Director at this stage, and accordingly the Board is now comprised of five Directors:
David King, Non-Executive Chairman
Jens Pace, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director
Stephen West, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director
Bjarne Moe, Non-Executive Director
Timothy Turner, Non-Executive Director
Commenting on today's announcement, David King, Chairman of African Petroleum said:
