Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares in PetroNor E&P Limited from Euronext Expand. Pursuant to Oslo Rule Book II – Issuer Rules, section 2.11.2(3) Oslo Børs has on 16 February 2022 made the following resolution:
“The shares in PetroNor Limited will be delisted from Euronext Expand from the 24 February 2022. The last day of listing on Euronext Expand will be 23 February 2022."
