Pexip Holding ASA (Pexip) has been notified that primary insider Tom-Erik Lia (Chief Commercial Officer and co-founder) has purchased 8,400 shares at an average price of 59.79 NOK through Lia Investments Limited. After these transactions, Tom-Erik Lia controls 1,583,523 shares through Lia Investments Limited and holds rights to 240,000 shares.
