Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been notified that today, March 11, 2022, Øystein Hem, Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO, has today bought 3,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 35.16 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Hem will hold 112,968 shares in the company.
