Services ASA ("PGS" or the "Company")
(OSE and NYSE; PGS) announces that PGS purchased
today 250.000 own shares on the Oslo Børs at an
average price of NOK 58,2565 per share. Following the
transaction PGS holds a total of 980.921 own shares.
