Petroleum Geo-Services ASA :Mandatory notification of trade

Employees in PGS have on May 6, 2013 exercised a total number of 15 000 options.
Following the exercise, 15 000 shares will be transferred from Petroleum Geo-
Services holding of own shares.

Subsequent to the transaction Petroleum Geo-Services ASA holds 1 675 022 own
shares.

This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to section
