AKPS - Disclosure of large shareholdings

Converto Capital Fund AS holds 5 112 750 shares in Aker Philadelphia Shipyard
ASA and is represented on the Board by Audun Stensvold.
Converto Capital Fund AS has today acquired 1 708 000 shares Aker Philadelphia
Shipyard ASA at a price of NOK 3,50 per share.
The number of shares held by Converto Capital Fund AS following the acquisition
is 6 820 750 shares, equal to 67,1% of the shares and votes in the company.
This discosure is made in accordance with sections 4-1 and sections 4-2 of the
Norwegian securities trading act.
