PHOTOCURE - REPURCHASE PROGRAM OF OWN SHARES

Oslo, Norway, 19 March 2012: Photocure ASA has today
purchased 3000 own shares in the market at an average
price of NOK 45.6967 per share. After this
transaction, Photocure owns a total of 72,447 own
shares.

The transaction is part of share repurchase program,
authorized by the Annual General Meeting held on 27
April 2011 in connection with employee share purchase
program. In accordance with the resolution, the Board
of Directors of Photocure ASA has decided to acquire
up to 250 000 shares. For more details on the
