Photocure ASA: Renewal of market maker agreement

Oslo, Norway, 26 May 2015: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO), a specialty pharmaceutical
company focused on photodynamic technologies in dermatology and cancer,
announces that its market maker agreement with DNB Markets will be replaced with
a similar market maker agreement with Norne Securities with effect as of 1
August 2015.
