Oslo, Norway, 28 April 2020: Board member Einar Antonsen has notified Photocure
ASA that he resigns as a member of the board of directors of Photocure with
immediate effect.
The remaining members of the board of directors constitute a quorum after
Antonsen's resignation and the appointment of any replacement director is
expected to be considered in relation to the annual general meeting of
Photocure.This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to
Section 5-12 the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the continuing obligations
for stock exchange listed companies.
