Oslo, Norway, 8 June 2020: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
by Photocure ASA ("Photocure") published 2 May 2019 regarding a share capital
increase as part of the employee long-term incentive program for restricted
shares in the company.
The issuance of 10,245 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration, the share capital of
Photocure is NOK 12,055,010 divided on 24,110,020 shares, each with a par value
of NOK 0.50.
