On 8 December 2023, Briarwood Chase Management LLC, via a private investment fund under its management, bought 168,754 shares in Photocure ASA. Following this, Briarwood Chase Management LLC controls 4,182,826 shares in Photocure ASA, corresponding to approximately 15.42% of the company's outstanding share capital and voting rights. The shares in Photocure ASA are held through Briarwood Capital Partners LP, which is managed by Briarwood Chase Management LLC, whose Managing Member is Aalap Mahadevia.
