Pioneer Property Group ASA (PPG) has as of 15 December 2015
carried out an internal reorganisation of the company
structure. The shares in PPG's four wholly owned
subsidiaries, Pioneer Public Properties I AS, Pioneer Public
Properties II AS, Pioneer Public Properties III AS and
Pioneer Public Properties IV AS have all been transferred
from PPG to PPG's subsidiary Pioneer Public Properties AS,
thereby making said four companies subsidiaries of Pioneer
Public Properties AS in a sub-holding structure beneath PPG.
The transfer was made against a sellers credit from PPG to
Pioneer Public Properties AS which has been converted to
equity. The transfer was made using the same valuations as
used in connection with the reorganisations done prior to
the listing of PPG.
