Grafo AS, owned 100% by Even Carlsen, a member of the Board
of Directors of Pioneer Property Group ASA, has on 11
January 2017 acquired 52,500 preference shares in Pioneer
Property Group ASA (PPG) at an average price of NOK 95 per
share. After the transaction, Grafo AS owns 326,484
preference shares, equivalent to 5.02% of the total
preference shares, in addition to ownership of 1,773,386
ordinary shares in PPG. After the transaction, Grafo AS
therefore owns 12.87% of the total shares (ordinary and
preference shares combined) in the company, equivalent to
17.26% of the voting capital (accounting for the 1/10th
voting right of the preference shares).
