The Board of Pioneer Capital Partners AS has today decided to
distribute its ownership of 185,333 preference shares in Pioneer
Property Group ASA ("PPG") to its respective shareholders at a value
of NOK 99 per share in line with recent trading. As a result,
certain primary insiders have increased their ownership in PPG and
two shareholders have also crossed the 5% ownership in the PPG
preference share - as detailed below.
Mecca Invest AS, an investment company controlled by primary insider
Roger Adolfsen, will increase its holding of preference shares from
285,232 to 340,832, including existing ownership of 1,417,852
ordinary shares. After the transaction, Mecca Invest AS will own
10.8% of the total shares in PPG (ordinary and preference shares
combined), 5.2% of the preference shares, and 13.9% of the total
voting capital (accounting for the 1/10th voting right of the
preference shares).
Klevenstern AS, an investment company controlled by Kristian
Adolfsen, will increase its holding of preference shares from
285,232 to 340,832, including existing ownership of 1,417,852
ordinary shares. After the transaction, Klevenstern AS will own
10.8% of the total shares in PPG (ordinary and preference shares
combined), 5.2% of the preference shares, and 13.9% of the total
voting capital (accounting for the 1/10th voting right of the
preference shares).
Sarepta Holding AS, an investment company controlled by primary
insider Runar Rønningen, will increase its holding of preference
shares from 0 to 55,600 shares. MPH Invest AS, controlled by primary
insider Martin P. Hoff, will increase its holding of preference
shares from 0 to 18,533 shares.
