The Board of Directors has in a board meeting today decided to propose
an extraordinary dividend to the holders of ordinary shares in Pioneer
Property Group ASA of NOK 5.00 per share.
Please find attached the notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting
to be held 24th April 2017 at 10:00 CET at Rådhusgata 23, Oslo. The
notice for the meeting has been sent to all shareholders registered in
the Norwegian Central Security Depository.
