Attached is the audited and board-approved financial report for Pioneer Property Group ASA for 2017. In comparison to the preliminary Q4 figures published 28 February, the audited figures include a positive adjustment to calculated tax of MNOK 11, with a resulting adjustment of Net Profit to MNOK 250 from previously reported MNOK 239, in addition to corresponding balance sheet adjustments.
