Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 18 December 2020 regarding the agreement entered into between Pioneer Property Group International AS ("PPGI"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pioneer Property Group ASA, and Kinland Finland Oy, regarding the sale of all the shares in PPG Netherlands Holding B.V (the "Transaction").
