Completion of the sale of shares in Odin Bidco AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 23 May 2022 regarding the agreement entered into between Pioneer Property Group ASA ("PPG") and other existing shareholders in Odin Bidco AS (the "Buyers") regarding the sale of all of the shares owned by PPG in Odin Bidco AS to the Buyers (the "Transaction"). The Transaction has today been successfully completed.
