Mandatory notification of trade

The board of directors in Prosafe SE has earlier resolved an annual arrangement
that gives the employees the opportunity to acquire shares in the company for a
value of up to NOK 7,500 with a discount of 20 per cent.

Prosafe SE has 20 December transferred 7.216 of its own shares to Prosafe
employees at an average share price of NOK 42,52.

After this transaction, Prosafe SE owns a total of 6.988.031 own shares.
