Annual report 2009

Prosafe has today published the annual report for 2009. This year's printed
report includes the annual accounts and directors' report for 2009.

In order to present an up-to-date overview of the company, Prosafe has created a
download centre on Prosafe's website www.prosafe.com .
The download centre provides financial information and information about HSEQA,
corporate governance, CSR and operations. This information will be updated
whenever required throughout the year.

The printed copy of the annual report together with the notice of the annual
general meeting will be distributed to registered shareholders today.
