Notice of annual general meeting 2010

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Prosafe SE will be
held at the company's head office at 126 Stadiou Street, 6020 Larnaca, Cyprus on
12 May 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Cyprus time.

Please find attached the full notice which includes additional information about
the agenda, the recommendation of the election committee, detailed voting
instructions, the notice of attendance at the general meeting / proxy, and a PDF
