Q1 2010 results and webcast/teleconference on 12 May 2010

Prosafe SE will publish its results for the first quarter of 2010 on 12 May
2010 at approx. 01:00 p.m. CET. In connection with the release, Arne Austreid,
President & CEO and Karl Ronny Klungtvedt, EVP Strategy & Corporate Planning
will hold a webcast/teleconference the same day at 02:00 p.m. CET.

To listen to the presentation there are two options available:
