As per notice of April 16, the Annual General Meeting
of Prosafe Production will take place at Four Seasons
hotel, Ag. Tychonas, Limassol 3313, Cyprus, on
Tuesday 11 May 2010 at 13:00 Cyprus time. Please find
attached the Report and Recommendation of the
Nomination Committee and the Detailed Voting
