PROD - Proxies for Annual General Meeting 11 May 2010 (update)

Referring to previous announcement regarding proxies for the Annual General
Meeting 11 May 2010.



In addition to the proxies without specific voting instructions, corresponding
to17.89% of the share capital, Reidar Lund, Chairman of Prosafe Production
Public Limited, has been appointed to act as proxy with specific voting
instructions for a total of 26.65% of the share capital. This means that he has
been appointed to act as proxy for a total of 44.54% of the share capital.
