Annual General Meeting held

The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Prosafe SE was held on 12 May
2009 at 13:00 hours Cyprus time in the company's registered office at 126
Stadiou Street, 6020 Larnaca, Cyprus. All items as proposed on the agenda were
adopted.
