The announcement of preliminary results for the 2(nd) quarter of 2010 has been
rescheduled to 16 August 2010.

Bjørn Henriksen, President & CEO and Sven Børre Larsen,
Executive VP & CFO will the same day at CET 0900 hours give a presentation of
the results at Shippingklubben, Haakon VII's gt. 1 in Oslo.
