Safe Lancia bareboat contract

Interpetroleum Services has awarded Prosafe a bareboat contract for Safe Lancia
operating for Pemex offshore Mexico. The contract commences on 19 August and
ends on 31 December 2012.


Total value of the contract linked to the award is about USD 57 million.

Prosafe is the world's leading owner and operator of semi-submersible
accommodation/service rigs. Operating profit reached USD 218.6 million in 2009.
