Q2 2010 results and webcast on 26 August 2010

Prosafe SE informs that the results for the second quarter of 2010 will be
published on 26 August 2010 at approx. 8:30 a.m. CET. Arne Austreid, President &
CEO and Karl Ronny Klungtvedt, EVP Strategy & Corporate Planning will the same
day at 10:00 a.m. CET give a presentation of the result at the Hotel
Continental, Stortingsgt. 24/26 in Oslo.

The presentation can be followed live via web streaming at
http://www.prosafe.com. It will also be possible to ask questions via e-mail
during the presentation. The connection to the web streaming can be tested from
