Q3 2010 results and webcast on 4 November 2010

Prosafe SE informs that the results for the third quarter of 2010 will be
published on 4 November 2010 at approx. 8:30 a.m. CET. Karl Ronny Klungtvedt,
CEO and Martin Kolnes, VP and CFO will the same day at 10:00 a.m. CET give a
presentation of the result at the Hotel Continental, Stortingsgt. 24/26 in Oslo.

The presentation can be followed live via web streaming at
http://www.prosafe.com. It will also be possible to ask questions via e-mail
during the presentation. The connection to the web streaming can be tested from
