Q4 2010 results and webcast on 17 February 2011

Prosafe SE informs that the results for the fourth quarter of 2010 and the
preliminary results for the year 2010 will be published on 17 February 2011 at
approx. 8:30 a.m. CET. Karl Ronny Klungtvedt, Chief Executive Officer and Sven
Børre Larsen, Chief Financial Officer will the same day at 10:00 a.m. CET give a
presentation of the result at Shippingklubben, Haakon VII's gate 1 in Oslo.

The presentation can be followed live via web streaming at
http://www.prosafe.com. It will also be possible to ask questions via e-mail
during the presentation. The connection to the web streaming can be tested from
11 February 2011. You will find a link to the web cast on the main page of
