Prosafe SE: Mandatory notification of trade

Bjørn Ødegård, Executive Director Corporate Services, Prosafe AS, has today
purchased 4,400 shares in Prosafe SE at a price of NOK 35.82 per share. After
this, Bjørn Ødegård owns 18,800 shares and 40,000 synthetic options in Prosafe
SE.

Prosafe is the world's leading owner and operator of semi-submersible
accommodation vessels. Operating profit reached USD 245.1 million in 2013 and
net profit was USD 199.1 million. The company operates globally, employs 650
