Prosafe SE: Annual General Meeting held

The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Prosafe SE was held on 28 May
2014 at 1 p.m. Cyprus time in the company's registered office at 126 Stadiou,
6020 Larnaca, Cyprus. All items as proposed on the agenda were adopted.

Attached the minutes of the Annual General Meeting.
