Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Prosafe SE will
be held at the company's registered office at 126 Stadiou Street, 6020 Larnaca,
Cyprus on 23 October 2015 at 9 a.m. Cyprus time.

election committee, notice of attendance at the Extraordinary General
