The Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Prosafe SE was held on
23 October 2015 at 9 a.m. Cyprus time in the company's registered office at 126
Stadiou, 6020 Larnaca, Cyprus. All items as proposed on the agenda were adopted.
