Prosafe SE: Shareholding disclosure

Following certain corporate reorganisations and distributions, the ultimate control over Vicama Capital AS by Kjell Christian Ulrichsen has today ceased. As a result, the ownership of shares in Prosafe SE by entities owned and controlled by him is reduced to 3.13%, thus crossing the 5% reporting threshold. The corporate actions have not involved any transfer of Prosafe SE shares, and Vicama AS' and Vicama Capital AS' ownership in Prosafe SE continues to be, respectively, 560 030 and 549 655 shares, representing 3.13% and 3.08% of the total outstanding votes and shares of Prosafe SE.
