Notification of trade

Sverre Bjerkeli, CEO in Protector Forsikring ASA, has
monday March 8th transferred 400,000 shares to his
company Tjongsfjord Invest AS at a price of NOK 11,00
per share. Following the transaction, Sverre Bjerkeli
holds 2,661,809 shares in Protector, through
Tjongsfjord Invest AS. In addition, Sverre Bjerkeli
owns 100,000 options in Protector.
