Protector Forsikring ASA - Proposed dividend

The Board of Directors of Protector Forsikring ASA
has in a meeting today, 8 March, decided to propose
to the AGM to pay a dividend of NOK 1,20 per share
for the fiscal year 2012. The AGM will be held 25
April 2013. Provided that the AGM adopts the
proposal, the share will be traded ex-dividend as
from 26 April 2013, and the dividend will be paid on
or about 8 May 2013.
