The Board of Directors of Protector Forsikring ASA
has in a meeting 13 March, decided to propose to
the AGM to pay a dividend of NOK 1,75 per share for
the fiscal year 2013. The AGM will be held 30 April
2014. Provided that the AGM adopts the proposal, the
share will be traded ex-dividend as from 1 May
2014, and the dividend will be paid on or about 14
May 2014.
