millioner aksjer i Protector Forsikring ASA
Oslo, 22. mai 2015: Det vises til børsmelding av
den 21. mai 2015 angående Protector Forsikring ASAs
("Protector", ticker "PROTCT") potensielle salg av
ca. 3.57 millioner egne aksjer i Protector.
Protector har idag solgt 3 570 661 aksjer i
Protector, tilsvarende 4,14 % av utestående
aksjekapital og stemmeberettigede aksjer i
Protector, gjennom en akselerert bookbuilding-
prosess rettet mot institusjonelle og andre
profesjonelle investorer. Aksjene ble solgt for NOK
75 pr aksje.
Etter gjennomføringen av Salget, har Protector
ingen beholdning av egne aksjer.
