Protector Forsikring has today, 26th of August 2015, held
a Extraordinary General Meeting.
All proposals to the general meeting were approved.
The general meeting gave the Board of Directors
authorisation to raise subordinated loans and other
external debt financing limited upwards to MNOK 500 and on
the conditions set by the Board.
