The Board of Directors of Protector Forsikring ASA
has in a Meeting on 11 March decided to propose to
the AGM to pay a dividend of NOK 2,00 per share for
the fiscal year 2014. The AGM will be held on 23
April 2015. Provided that the AGM adopts the
proposal, the share will be traded ex-dividend as
from 24 April 2015, and the dividend will be paid on
or about 7 May 2015.
