The Board of Directors of Protector Forsikring ASA has in a
meeting on March 17th decided to propose to the AGM to pay a
dividend of NOK 2,25 per share for the fiscal year 2015. The
AGM will be held on April 21st 2016. Provided that the AGM
adopts the proposal, the share will be traded ex-dividend as
from April 22nd 2016, and the dividend will be paid on or
about May 6th 2016.
