Today, Protector Forsikring ASA has transferred 44.686 own shares to
employees at price of NOK 64,99 per share. The transfer is related
to the company's incentive program for employees. There is a lock-in
period of two years for the shares.
After this transaction, Protector Forsikring ASA owns 11.235 shares.
