The 50% share of the company Hvaler Invest AS owned by CEO Sverre Bjerkeli's two children are transferred to two new companies; Djupeklo Invest AS and Fjellhammer Invest AS.
The CEO has through one A-share the controlling voting right over all shares. No shares will be sold in connection with the restructure.
